Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Disassembly and Transportation

How can a frameless light box be easily assembled? Follow the following steps, you’ll get a complete light box soon.

Step 1: Place the frame pieces in front of you

Step 2: Connect the frames with straight connectors  corner connectors and tighten them with screws and an Allen key

Step 3: Make the connectors for LED and transformer connected in right way

Step 4: Install graphic with 4 corners first, then push the graphic into center area on all four sides until graphic is inserted completely and smoothed out
