1，Q:Is it easy to install? Is there any video and installation instructions for reference? Yes. Our products are easy to assemble and disassemble. We will also provide installation videos and instructions before delivery.
2，Q:Can I customize the frame size? Yes, except for the common size 4’x8’, 5’x8’, 8’x8’, 10’x8’, 10’x10’, 20’x8’, 20’x10’etc, so far we can produce a maximum 17’/5.1m high and maximum 28’/8.4m long frame.
3，Q:Do you have any quality assurance?Branded and qualified power supply with CE, UL certificate.Led light certificates: CE, UL, ROHS, FCC, etc. Free replacements LED strips will be provided during the usage of 3 years warranty.

8，Q:What artwork required need customer provided?Clients are required to provide us with graphics and/or text, meeting the provided requirements, that will be created and/or applied prior to shipment. Instructions for submitting your artwork/graphics are provided within the guides.
