What is the frame made of, and is it reliable?
The lightbox is built with durable modular aluminum alloy profiles and precision-engineered connectors. The frame is lightweight for transport while providing reliable strength, accurate alignment, and long-term stability for repeated use.
How are the LED lights installed, and is the illumination even?
The LED modules are securely integrated inside the aluminum frame and positioned to distribute light evenly across the graphic. Optical lenses help create bright, consistent illumination while minimizing dark areas and visible hotspots.
How is the SEG graphic installed? Are tools required?
The fabric graphic has a silicone strip sewn around its edge. Simply press the silicone edge into the channel around the frame. No special tools are required, and the graphic remains smooth, tensioned, and easy to replace.
Can one person set up the lightbox quickly?
Yes. Most standard-size Flexi™ SEG Lightboxes can be assembled quickly by one person using the modular frame system. For larger displays, two people are recommended to make lifting and graphic installation safer and more efficient.
Is the lightbox easy to disassemble after an event or trade show?
Yes. The SEG graphic can be removed and folded, while the modular aluminum frame separates into compact sections for convenient packing, storage, and transportation to the next event.
