1，Q:Is it easy to install? Is there any video and installation instructions for reference?

Yes. Our products are easy to assemble and disassemble. We will also provide installation videos and instructions before delivery.

2，Q:Can I customize the frame size?

Yes, except for the common size 4’x8’, 5’x8’, 8’x8’, 10’x8’, 10’x10’, 20’x8’, 20’x10’etc, so far we can produce a maximum 17’/5.1m high and maximum 28’/8.4m long frame.

3，Q:Do you have any quality assurance?

Branded and qualified power supply with CE, UL certificate.Led light certificates: CE, UL, ROHS, FCC, etc. Free replacements LED strips will be provided during the usage of 3 years warranty.

4，Q:What's the MOQ?

1pc light box is acceptable.

5，Q:How long can I finish the installation of booth?

10X8ft backdrop wall finished only 15 min by one person.

6，Q:Can I order replaceable graphics only next time? How long I need to wait?

Yes. The graphics can be ordered separately. It needs 1-2days for printing and 3-5 days for delivery. The delivery time depends on your address. .

7，Q:How long can it be shipped?

Ships approximately 7 business day(s) after artwork proof has been approved

8，Q:What artwork required need customer provided?

Clients are required to provide us with graphics and/or text, meeting the provided requirements, that will be created and/or applied prior to shipment. Please review the artwork/graphic guidelines and templates linked to in the downloads section before placing your order. Instructions for submitting your artwork/graphics are provided within the guides. We cannot be responsible for orders that are delayed due to artwork/graphics which do not meet the provided requirements.
